Age Statement: 36 months – single barrel – single Australian malt
ABV: 52.75% – 700 mL – 29.3 STDs

Story:
100% Victorian malted barley mash, fermented onsite with Australian yeast. Double distilled in our 200L copper pot still, with large feints & foreshots cuts removed, leaving only a very small heart cut for maturation. Aged for 36 months in 110L ex-bourbon barrels along the NW wall of the Whisky Den, developing rich depth and complexity.

Nose: candied orange blossom, vanilla custard, expressive top notes, pineapple, biscuity.
Palate: vanilla cream, biscuits, orange blossom, toasted chestnut/macadamia warmth, smooth malt backbone.
Finish: She’s a velvet hammer.
