Shriaz Gin Liqueur

Aged for 3.5 months in our subterranean cellar, holding steady at a cool 15 °C, this gin enjoyed a slow, integrated maturation in a large-format ex-Heathcote Red Label Shiraz cask. The result? Subtle layers of juicy raspberries and vanilla, lightly laced with woodspice.

On the palate, it surprises—delicately light and floral, carried by a raspberry-leaf backbone. This little number is the perfect bridge into an Australian spring/summer, primed for hot days, icy brews, and crisp spritzes.

How to enjoy me:

• Stir me down in a chilled glass with muddled yellow peach or Cara Cara orange.

Spritz me! Start with muddled raspberries in the base of a tall glass, add 45 ml gin, plenty of ice, and top with soda.
