Shriaz Gin

Bartender’s Cut Gin is the base of this unique expression, infused with grapes from our Heathcote vineyards. Made without fermentation, it captures the fresh, natural character of the fruit.

The grapes were picked at optimal ripeness, then cold soaked for 120 hours to gently draw out flavour. The juice was clarified, filtered, and blended with our gin before resting for three weeks to achieve balance and smoothness.
