Strathbogie Select Single Malt Whiskey

100% Victorian Malted Barley mash is fermented onsite using Australian Yeast. The mash is then double distilled in our 200L Copper Pot Still. Very large cuts of Feints & Foreshots are removed leaving only a very small Heart cut making its way into our barrels.

This is our house blended whisky, she’s approachable, and subtle. With blood orange peel on the nose, as it flows into a subtle clove wood spice character across the pallet, with an incredibly smooth finish. She is designed to be versatile, Whisky Sours, John Collins, an Old Fashion or on the rocks - we don't discriminate.
