2nd Release Bourbon Cask Whiskey

100% Victorian Malted Barley mash is fermented onsite using Australian Yeast. The mash is then double distilled in our 200L Copper Pot Still. Very large cuts of Feints & Foreshots are removed leaving only a very small Heart cut making its way into our barrels.

Our second release bourbon barrels differ slightly from our first batch. Bright stone fruits on the palate with a zippy sherbet finish, a smooth nutty finish for an approachable easy, everyday drinker. 

Mouthfeel- Smooth and Nutty

Nose- Fruity Esters, Candied Orange 

Pallet - Bright stone fruit, sherbert finish

ABV% - 42.5%- 700ml - STDS 23.2
